I found this one from Paula Dean. She is a hoot & has wonderful recipes. This was pretty easy. The only thing I would have done is made 2 tarts or put it in a pie shell. It made a lot but it was YUM-O(as Rachel Ray would say)!

BlueBerry Tart
Here's a Great Recipe for the 4th of July. You can't celebrate without dessert.
